Meadow Bites Dog Treats:
BACON FLAVOR

Ingredients:

  • Bacon-6 Slices Cooked and Crumbled
  • 4 Beaten Eggs
  • ½ Cup of Cornmeal
  • 1 Small Jar of Beef Baby Food
  • 3 ½ Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 1 ½ Cups of Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 ½ Cups of Rice
  • 2 Packages of Gelatin
  • 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup of Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Packages of Yeast
  • ¼ Cup of Warm Water
  • 2 Been Bullion Cubes

Procedure:

  • Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl
  • Dissolve the yeast into the warm water
  • Add all wet items into dry items
  • Add yeast mixture
  • Work mixture into a dough and knead gently for 3 to 4
    minutes
  • Roll the dough out to ¼ inch thickness on a cutting board
  • Cut the dough into forms and place on a pan that has been
    sprayed with vegetable oil
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Allow them to cool
  • Makes approximately 5 ½ to 6 dozen treats
  • Give them to good puppies as a special surprise!
